    J.I. Garcia Construction, Inc. has a diverse portfolio of past public and private projects. However, we enjoy working for the military as we believe our service men and women deserve the best facilities that can be provided.

    J.I. Garcia Construction, Inc's primary area of operation is California. We have also serviced several sizable contracts in Nevada, Arizona, Oregon and Texas.

    Our largest single contract to date was for a High-Speed Rail Mitigation project to an industrial plant. The contract value nearly reached 40 million dollars.

    Our employee mix varies depending on our job mix. Currently we have 24 employees.

  • How long has JIG been in business?

    J.I. Garcia Construction, Inc. was established in 1982, and has provided over 40 years of exceptional construction management and builds. 

  • What was your most challenging project to date?

    Due to the nature of military construction, a projects scope can be simple or exceedingly complex. One example would be constructing the foundation for an Engine Test Cell (Hush House) facility that was to be relocated from New Mexico to Arizona. An exact foundation was constructed to meet the specifications of the pre-fabricated building that was to be erected upon it, in order to maintain the structural integrity and effecitivness of the Engine Test Cell. 

  • What was the most unique project you have constructed?

    The JIEDDO Battle Courses at Point Mugu. This project's complexity required developing a beach front into a complete facility with Battle Courses, 2 Range Support facilities, an Observation Tower, 4 Search houses, miles of 2 lane roads, supporting infrastructure, complete including Furniture, fixtures and equipment.
