La
Mesa Village Housing
This job consisted of 4.1 miles of petro-mat
with 2" asphalt overlay. The edges required grinding to create
a smooth transition at the curbs and gutters. In addition; replaced
75 fire hydrants throughout the housing complex. The hydrant replacements
portion of the project required being done during the winter season
to enable the paving to be completed during the spring-summer
period.
The unique challenge of the project; which
was located in an occupied residential area was to allow no disruption
of traffic to the residential community.
