Projected consisted of 30,000 square feet of industrial office
space speculated for lease. In addition, 3.18 acres to be used
for lay-down storage area. The site will eventually be expanded
to 70,000 square feet of building and include 1 acre of parking.
The design of this industrial park recognized
the need for flexibility in cost efficient management of future
lease build out. The owners requested extreme versatility of the
design to maximize the marketing of the development.
